Holly Schramm
Being a student of life I felt completely at home my first time on the mat in 2003. My practice eventually led me to become a teacher as yoga embodies all that I cherish (expanding and nurturing my body, mind and spirit so that I can offer my best self to those around me). I received my 220 hour Yoga teaching certificate from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis in March of 2007. I have been teaching Vinyasa and Ashtanga ever since. I know my study of yoga will be life-long and I am honored to have had so many wonderful teachers. I embrace the challenges and grace that occur in the classroom and in life that continue to broaden and enrich the human and teacher that I am.
I am eternally grateful to have the opportunity to share the benefits of Yoga. It has developed into my working with teenagers and the homeless as well as couples and businesses. I also teach Partner Yoga and Chakra/Asana workshops. Spirituality is an organic part of my teaching and being. I would be honored to have you in one of my classes.
Lokah-samatha sukhino-bhavantu (May all beings be at peace and prosper).
~Namaste
