Innovator, teacher, and author Max Strom is known for inspiring and impacting the lives of his students and has become one of the most respected teachers of personal transformation and yoga worldwide. The intent of yoga is not only to increase our strength and flexibility, but also to promote health and vitality. The next layer is to transform our behavior from coarse to gracious, and to transform even our very thoughts, from turbulence to beauty. Experience Max Strom’s unique prana-flow class, with emphasis on personal transformation. Class will include a short talk, vigorous vinyasa-flow, non-dogmatic philosophy, and meditation.

Once we fall deeply in love with yoga, the ancient practice will lead us into our core essence. It is at this point that people cease to practice yoga as a lifestyle and instead embrace it as a way of life. This seminar with Max Strom will include a lecture, followed by a gentle internal Transformation prana-flow practice. Appropriate for all levels. Bring your mat and writing materials. Born with severe clubbed feet, Max Strom spent much of the first six years of his life with his feet confined in plaster casts and braces. Today, he is known for inspiring and impacting the lives of his students and has become one of the most respected teachers of personal transformation and yoga worldwide.
