Steph also offers Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) services through Dharma Wellness & Spa. MAT is a systematic process that allows the practitioner to balance the muscle system of an individual and create joint stability with mobility. The scope of practice is narrow yet very effective. As an MAT practitioner, Steph can assess range of motion in segments of the body for hips, trunk and spine, shoulders, arm/forearm/hand, lower leg and feet, and cervical. Once a limit in range of motion is determined, applied kinesiology muscle tests are administered to identify the potential for divisional muscle fiber weakness. In a nutshell, Steph is a "muscle mechanic"! Read more about MAT Services
