Yup, you heard it, yoga on a horse! The Yoga Center of Minneapolis and Hold Your Horses, LLC have partnered to create a one-of-a-kind experience for yogis and equestrians alike. This unique hour experience begins with a warm–up mat practice in a beautiful farm setting, followed by gentle supported restorative postures on a trained therapy horse. The neutral warmth of the horse, combined with the benefits of yoga poses promote both core strength and flexibility for improved posture and a peace of mind like nothing you have experienced before. Come open your heart and hips on a horse and find yourself ready to ride on ommm. Students will meet at farm just 30 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis. Refreshments will be provided. All levels of Yogis and riders welcome. All non- riders are required to complete the Intro to a Yoga Equestrian Experience before participating in this workshop.

Hold Your Horses

Workshops/Events Policy: Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Please register early as space is limited. For more detailed information about any of our workshops or events, pick up a flyer at either Yoga Center location or call us at 612.436.4700. Reservations guaranteed only upon full payment.

Cancellation Policy: Full payment reserves your space. There are no refunds. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, your payment is transferred to a studio credit that you can use for any Yoga Center product or service. Studio credits have no expiration date. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, you forfeit your payment.
