Weave through playful, soul-satisfying yoga. Designed to educate and inspire, Anusara Yoga will allow you to unfold the fullest expression of your beauty.

Anusara Yoga (a-nu-sar-a), means following your heart. Developed in 1997, by John Friend, Anusara Yoga is the fastest growing school of yoga in America. Fun, uplifting and seriously playful this yoga uses Universal Principles of Alignment to joyfully unite body, mind and spirit. This 6 week course will provide you with tools to transcend your current level of yoga. All levels - all hearts - warmly welcomed.
