About Thai Massage

Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient healing art that can be learned and practiced by anyone with an open heart and a desire to help others. Come take a weekend Intro workshop to get the basics, or learn a full sequence you can use on your clients, friends or family. There is no pre-requisite, although you should be in shape enough to do the work (just doing Thai Yoga will get you in shape fast!).

"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. "
- Mahatma Gandhi
