Elizabeth Millard After practicing yoga for three years, Elizabeth led an impromptu class in Wisconsin: her nieces and nephews, in a "studio" that was actually a cabin floor strewn with Legos and videotapes of "Baby Einstein," all in a futile attempt to bring them down from a Popsicle-fueled sugar high. Although they continued to jump on the couches, the experience prompted her to begin her journey toward teaching. Since then, she's continued her studies in the Yoga Center of Minneapolis Yoga Study program, and has had the amazing good fortune to have found so many talented teachers and joyous fellow students. She's thrilled to be teaching at the Yoga Center, where she can hone her skills teaching young people, without a Lego in sight.
