Jennifer Derryberry Mann
Jennifer Derryberry got on the mat 8 years ago to quiet her busy mind. After years of relaxing yoga, a single Forrest yoga class planted Jennifer on an inspiring, energizing path to clearly connecting her mat practice to her life practice. The strength and beauty of Forrest yoga helped her revitalize mind, body, and spirit in challenging, exciting ways. Jennifer is a certified Forrest yoga instructor, a graduate of the Advanced Forrest Yoga Teacher Training program, and a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher. She has trained extensively more than 300 hours with yoga master Ana Forrest and Jonathan Bowra. Other influences include Heather Tiddens, Seane Corn, Tias Little, and Ravi Singh.
