| Mary Sage Syverson
Mary Sage is an advocate for empowerment through yoga and living
intentionally. Her calming voice and demeanor create the space for
students to engage in knowing/honoring/respecting their body through
the practice of yoga, and then bring that connection "off the mat"
and into their lives. She guides the sequence of class through
alignment and anatomy focus by using metaphor, visual imagery and
gentle adjustments to bring awareness and insight.
~Blossom the breath around your heart center and let your love light
