Mosmi Malhotra
Mosmi MalhotraÕs parents moved from India to the U.S. in the early 70s. Though she was born and raised in the Midwest, her Indian identity and strong cultural tradition helped to shape her desire to become a yoga instructor. Mosmi has actively practiced yoga for four years and has traveled throughout India, practicing in various yoga institutions.

Mosmi is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance and received her certification through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis Yoga Study Program. Along with her yoga certification, Mosmi received her M.A. in Communications in 2006.

After several years in the corporate world, she recognized that it was not the environment for her. Mosmi's yoga experiences helped her discover her passion and she left her corporate career to become a yoga instructor. Through yoga, Mosmi hopes to bring a sense of healing and happiness to others. Her primary teaching styles are Restorative and Hatha Yoga.

She is extremely thankful for all the teachers and friends within the center that help educate and guide her throughout her practice. Moreover, she is deeply grateful for all the love and support given to her by her family, especially her husband.
