How Well Do You Sleep?
Friday, July 25 | 6-8pm | $40 ($50 after July 1)
Where: Downtown Minneapolis Studio
This workshop deals directly with the modern plagues of sleeplessness and anxiety. Since every adjustment to the body affects the mind, opening the joints, spine and chest area, and igniting our breath also has a profound emotional effect. This workshop is known to create a profound sense of serenity and gives you knowledge to take home with you to help you sleep and live more at ease. Class includes simple yoga postures, breath work, self-enquiry, and meditation. Appropriate for all levels. Register

Water Becomes Fire
Saturday, July 26 | 10:30am-12:30pm | $40 ($50 after July 1)
Where: Downtown Minneapolis Studio
This flowing begins very gently and then builds momentum to a vigorous vinyasa session. At the apex of heat and breath we move directly into a special sequence of asanas, which bring the mind into stillness and the body into a new state of energy. This class is both challenging and very healing. Register

TEACHER TRAINING:
Hands On Adjustment Techniques 1

Saturday, July 26 | 2pm-5pm | $50 ($60 after July 1)
Where: Downtown Minneapolis Studio
This intensive focuses on essential techniques of applying safe, practical, and most importantly, effective methods of hands-on adjusting. This is done through supervised partner work and the exploration of several asanas, starting with downward dog. Bring your mat and writing materials. (please no recording equipment). Register

Spiraling Towards Heaven
Sunday, July 27 | 10:30am-12:30pm | $40 ($50 after July 1)
Where: Downtown Minneapolis Studio
In this class we explore strengthening and healing the body, primarily with asanas that internally rotate the hips. Since every adjustment to the body affects the mind, spiraling our energy inward also has a profound emotional effect, as it promotes self-inquiry and true core strength. Standing postures, twists, backbends, and meditation.
Register

TEACHER TRAINING:
Hands On Adjustment Techniques 2

Sunday, July 27 | 2:00 - 5:00pm | $50 ($60 after July 1)
Where: Downtown Minneapolis Studio
This workshop is a continuation from Hands-On l. This intensive focuses on more advanced postures including inversions. Bring your mat and writing materials. (please no recording equipment) Register
