During this fun and interactive workshop with founder of JAI Prenatal Yoga, Jennifer Gray, couples will learn a variety of yoga based coping techniques for labor and delivery. Each couple will practice what they learn and will recieve a take home packet of information and tools for the birthing room! Breath work from JAI Prenatal Yoga is taught, along with labor massage, movement, relaxation, and visualization. Special attention is given to the birth partner, who will be mentored in labor support. Great for women who have goals of unmedicated birth, as well as those who are open to pain medication.

Cancellation Policy: Full payment reserves your space. There are no refunds. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, your payment is transferred to a studio credit that you can use for any Yoga Center product or service. Studio credits have no expiration date. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, you forfeit your payment.
