230-Hour Teacher Training Programs
The Yoga Center of Minneapolis offers 230-hour Training Programs designed for any student wishing to deepen their knowledge of yoga and its philosophies or teach yoga to others. It is our utmost belief that yoga must be woven in to your daily life to fully progress as a student or teacher. We offer the program in Year-long and 9-month formats so that you may comfortably fit your studies in to your schedule, and so that you have time to fully absorb the information offered. Both programs contain the same quality training. Yoga Study students will learn from a variety of experienced instructors from different backgrounds and yogic philosophies. We are a Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS200).
