What is the 230-hour Yoga Study Teacher Training Program™?
The Yoga Center of Minneapolis offers two programs designed for any student wishing to deepen their knowledge of yoga and its philosophies or teach yoga to others. We are a Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS200). It is our utmost belief that yoga must be woven in to your daily life to fully progress as a student or teacher. We offer the program in Year-long and 9-month formats so that you may comfortably fit your studies in to your schedule, and so that you have time to fully absorb the information
offered.
Both programs contain the same quality training. Core Meetings cover a variety of subjects including asana, philosophy, physical and energetic anatomy, and more. Yoga Study students will learn from a variety of experienced instructors from different backgrounds and yogic philosophies.
