In the Press
Tanya has been featured as a guest on the FOX KMSP Morning Show as well as has featured articles on Thai Yoga Bodywork in Twin Cities METRO magazine.

What is Thai Yoga Bodywork?
Based on the northern style of traditional Thai Massage (Nuad Boran), Thai Yoga Bodywork is a sacred healing treatment that integrates Yoga, Ayurveda (the Indian healing method that means "science of life"), and Buddhism. The first roots of this ancient system date back to over 2,500 years ago at the time of Buddha. Unique from other types of bodywork and massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork is also a form of Yoga Therapy that combines rhythmic massage, assisted Yoga poses, acupressure along energy meridians know as the "Sen," joint manipulation, compression techniques, healing energy work, and meditation.

As certified Thai Yoga practitioner Tanya Boigenzahn is certified in Healing Touch and Reiki, she may also assess a client's energy fields and chakras to determine which areas of the body need healing most.

What Can Thai Yoga Bodywork Do for Me?
This one-on-one treatment intends to help receivers release blocked areas and stimulates the flow of healing energies within the mind, body, and spirit. From chronic pain to emotional stress to bodywork in general, Thai Yoga helps balance and restore a state of harmony that leads to health, happiness, and wellness of being. Whether you have a yoga practice or not, this healing therapy will leave you feeling refreshed, rested, and alive. Even though the practitioner seemingly works on only the body, the achievement of interconnectedness between body, speech (energy), and mind (heart) make Thai Yoga Bodywork a holistic and complete healing.
