Maribel Arcuino
Maribel is a Minnesota state licensed acupuncturist, nationally certified by the NCCAOM, and a certified massage therapist. She gained her Master's of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Seattle, WA at Bastyr University and was trained at Brenneke School of Massage. Her clinical focus is to help bring her clients back to a state of balance using their innate potential to reestablish health.
Tanya (Boigenzahn) Sowards, RTT, RYT, CHTP

Tanya (Boigenzahn) Sowards is a Registered Therapist and Instructor with Thai Healing Alliance International (THAI). She's also a certified practitioner through Thai Yoga Healing Arts. She mainly studies with Master Teacher Pichest Boonethame of Chiang Mai, Thailand, and other respected teachers in the field, at home and abroad. Tanya visits Thailand often where she continues her study of Thai Massage, as well as Buddhist meditation, Thai Shamanic Healing techniques, traditional Thai herbal and medical practices. Tanya is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider for her Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner Training Program.
Tanya is also a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner (CHTP), has certificates in Reiki, Seichem, and Qi Gong. She offers holistic Energy Work and aims to help clients clear the root cause of their issue(s) and establish a new perspective both internally as well as in the body. She has worked with many people to help them find balance and specializes in life coaching, fibromyalgia, MS, cancer/chemo side-effects, and fertility.
Tanya has been practicing yoga since 1993 and teaching since 1996. She has studied many traditions including Para Yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Sivananda, Ayurveda and is an initiate of the Himalayan Tradition of master teachers such as Rod Stryker and Swami Rama that spans a history of unbroken lineage of over 5000 years. In her private yoga sessions, her focus with students is to help them find their Sva Dharma, or (individual destiny) through use of Ayurvedic principles, Vinyasa Krama (proper sequencing), tapas (discipline), Smarana (rememberance of the self) as well as mantra and meditation practices.

Molly Brackett, SIP
Molly Brackett is a Structural Integration Practitioner (Rolf method) & a massage therapist. Molly is certified in Structural Integration also known as Rolfing from The Guild for Structural Integration. Her massage training was at CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School where she was trained in swedish relaxation massage, trigger point & rehabilitative therapies, & heated stone massage. She is also certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork from Tanya Boigenzahn.
Molly's interest & education in alternative healing therapies began from her own struggle with migraine headaches. Her determination to achieve overall wellness was cultivated through her frustration with the traditional medical model. Consequently, she was able to obtain her health via alternative healing therapies & has since been educated in various techniques to help others attain their own.
Kristina Clair
Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner
Kristina is a graduate of several yoga teacher training programs as well as a certified Thai Yoga Bodywork therapist. She studies mainly with Tanya Boigenzahn Sowards and uses her training in yoga to help clients work past flexibility and range-of-motion issues.
Mary Harris, CMT
Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner
Mary's interest in health and wellness began at the age of 16 when she began buying yogurt, granola and whole wheat flour from the local co-op. She spent a few years working on an organic farm, and then a decade being produce buyer and manager for a couple of local health food stores.
Mary has studied two Asian bodywork therapies. She's a Certified Practitioner of Shiatsu, having completed a 675 hour course of study at CenterPoint school of therapeutic bodywork. She received her Basic Certification in Thai Yoga Bodywork in spring of 2007, attended the first THAI Retreat & Convention on July of 2007, and continues to study Thai with Tanya. She holds active membership in both THAI and AOBTA.
Born and reared in MN, she has also lived in California and Spain. She's proud and honored to be the parent of both a son and a daughter.
Philip Hanson, C.M.T., C.B.T.
Philip has been studying and practicing massage and bodywork for the last ten years. His journey began at Red Rocks Community College in Golden, CO. He spent two years studying Reiki, Healing Touch, Reflexology and Aromatherapy through a Holistic Nursing program.
From there Philip moved to Santa Fe, NM where he enrolled in a 1,000 hour dual-certification program at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts for Massage and Polarity Therapy. This program also involved extensive training in cranial-sacral therapy and many forms of therapuetic massage.
Philip's goal is to understand the client's needs and use an integrative approach to support their path to wellness.
Jennifer Johnson
Jennifer received her Bachelor degree from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the New England School of Acupuncture. She is licensed in the state of Minnesota and nationally certified by the NCCAOM. Jennifer’s knowledge of nutrition and certification in western herbal medicine lends to her creative approach to healing.
Laura Lund, Esthetician
Laura has taught yoga at YCM for seven years and is excited to bring all of her passions under one roof. Her path as a master esthetician began twenty years ago at the Aveda Institute and has been supplemented with a Sivananda yoga teacher training, a B.S. in nutrition and a certification in therapeutic massage. Laura uses her years of education and wisdom to create unique therapies suited and tailor made for each individual, balancing beauty and wellness. All of her work is enhanced by her creativity and skill as an intuitive energy healer. She has an affinity for working with prenatal mamas and is committed to helping others realize the healing arts are not a luxury but a necessity for radiant health in today's society. Laura shines bright and is known for giving the best facial massage in town.

Amy Patee
Amy Patee is a professional Yoga Teacher, certified by Mount Madonna and a Registered Movement Therapist with ISMETA. She is one of the few Global Somatics™ Practitioners in the world, a Reiki II and Vibrational Aspects™ Energy Worker, and a Thai Yoga Massage Bodyworker. She has additional training and/or experience with Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Massage Therapy, Continuum Movement, Body-Mind Centering®, Trager®, UTUE-
Universal Truth Ultimate Education and many other body-mind modalities affording her a comprehensive perspective on the body and healing.
As a Yoga teacher, Amy draws from years of experience working in-depth with the body, and is able to "see" and facilitate whole-body alignment, physically and energetically, like no other. She has worked extensively with a variety of injuries and dis-eases and specializes in teaching beginning to advanced Yogis.
