NEW! Monthly Chakra Workshops Join certified Reiki and Healing Touch therapist, Tanya Boigenzahn, in this unique way to explore the chakra and energetic system of the body. Each month focuses on a specific chakra. Learn yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra, kriya and more to help get your energy centers balanced and feeling great. NOTE: You do not need to attend all workshops to get benefits, nor do you have to attend them in order. Cost per workshop: $30 Register Workshop 1: Root Chakra - Get Grounded Date & Time TBA \| Tanya Boigenzahn MPLS Studio \| $30 Note: Studio is different for this workshop only The Root Chakra is the center for grounding, survival, physical health, prosperity, & centeredness, as well as the bones, adrenals, elimination system, and the earth element. NOTE: this workshop will be scheduled again once the series is finished... probably March 08. Workshop 2: Sacral Chakra - The Pleasure Center Date & Time TBA \| Tanya Boigenzahn The Sacral Chakra is the center for emotion, sexuality, & desire, as well as the reproductive system, kidneys & gonads, and the water element. Register Workshop 3: Solar Plexus Chakra - Inner Power, Outer Strength Sunday, May 18 \| 7:00 - 9:00pm \| Tanya Boigenzahn SLP Studio \| $30 The Solar Plexus Chakra is the center for power, freedom, energy, mental activity, & ego, as well as the muscles, digestive system, pancreas, and the fire element. Register Workshop 4: Heart Chakra - Spread the Love Sunday, June 22 \| 6:00 - 8:00pm \| Tanya Boigenzahn The Heart Chakra is the center for unconditional love, relationships, peace, and compassion, as well as the lungs, heart, circulatory and immune systems, thymus gland, and the air element. Register Workshop 5: Throat Chakra - Speak Your Truth Sunday, July 13 \| 7:00-9:00pm \| Tanya Boigenzahn The Throat Chakra is the center for communication, expression, creativity, and living your life's path, as well as the ears/nose/throat, thyroid gland, and the ether element. Register Workshop 6: Brow Chakra - Spark Your Intuition Sunday, August 10 \| 6:00-8:00pm \| Tanya Boigenzahn SLP Studio \| $30 The Brow Chakra is the center for intuition, imagination, and heightened sense perception, as well as the eyes, pituitary gland, and the sound element. Workshops/Events Policy: Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. Please register early as space is limited. Cancellation Policy: Full payment reserves your space. There are no refunds. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, your payment is transferred to a studio credit that you can use for any Yoga Center product or service. Studio credits have no expiration date. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, you forfeit your payment.
