You will learn to provide a safe, healthy environment to give Mothers and Babies an opportunity to develop greater vitality, strength and endurance, all while spending time learning and developing a deep spiritual and physical bond with one another. The blessings of a postnatal Yoga Teacher are many as you meet and learn to love so many vibrant young souls. Knowing that you in some small way had a positive influence on so many Mothers and Babies is a reward that will make your heart very happy. This is good karma!

You will learn and practice teaching the Yoga Bonding® Sequence which will provide you with a full class lesson plan and an instant ability to go out and share your talents by starting your own Yoga Bonding® classes.

You will learn to empower Mothers and teach confidence building skills in parenting the young child as well as share some very fun bonding techniques. You will also learn the developmental stages of babies ages newborn to walking as well as the physiological changes of the birth mother's body post pregnancy.

You will learn safe and effective ways to alter the practice to a mother who had a caesarian delivery. You will learn proper alignment of the asana, proper breathing techniques and gain several parenting tips to share.

Along with the required 4 hours of teaching practicum this training will give you a total of 18 hours advanced study.
