Poses are taught for a variety of levels for all to enjoy. Plus learn new partner poses and stress relieving techniques from Thai Yoga Bodywork. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

It's time to treat yourself and your sweetie! This workshop, especially for couples, will guide you though some of the wonderfully relaxing, releasing and nurturing techniques of Thai Yoga Bodywork. Learn how to give a basic sequence of stress-releasing stretches, twists and massages to someone special in your life. Switch halfway though and receive the techniques yourself. Make it a date, and come unwind with your honey! Handout with photos provided so you can take your new tools home with you to practice. No experience necessary.

Chakra Balancing for Couples Workshop

Help balance your vibes with this workshop especially designed for couples. Learn the basics about the chakras, biofield and marma (acupressure) points, as well as how to assess your partner's energy field and chakras. Then we'll do a guided chakra balancing sequence to help you and your partner find peace, harmony and well being. Handout with photos provided so you can take your new tools home with you to practice. All levels welcome. No experience necessary.

Cancellation Policy: Full payment reserves your space. There are no refunds. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, your payment is transferred to a studio credit that you can use for any Yoga Center product or service. Studio credits have no expiration date. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the beginning of the workshop, you forfeit your payment.

Come and play in this special yoga workshop that combines the best of partner yoga and Thai yoga bodywork. Learn how to lift, leverage and move your partner upside-down safely as well as help you both create the foundation of compassionate touch, receptivity and communication. Bring a loved one, friend or yoga buddy and prepare to have fun. Work will be done with your partner, but we'll also buddy up with other couples to help spot the more difficult moves. No experience necessary although some yoga practice recommended as well as the openness to turning your world upside down.
